Fern is an experienced insurance professional with 16 years in the industry. For the past 7.5 years, she has been a key part of Chris Knott Insurance, starting as a Commercial Lines Technician and recently stepping into the role of Commercial Lines Manager. With a strong background in commercial insurance and team leadership, Fern is committed to delivering excellent service and fostering a high-performing team. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, socializing with friends and taking long beach walks with her beloved rescue dog.
